Excuse me but... how do you get this volume? I mean, I'm not able to make my muffins raise like yours, they look awesome! I'd like my muffins look like yours :(

There's a number of possible reasons for flailing muffins:

1. Oven-temperature/cooking time (make sure you pre-heat oven and allow a little more if your cooker is a bit "slow".

2. Not enough baking powder - this is your "raising agent" (try adding an extra teaspoon or so to give a bit more "oomph")

3. Don't overmix the batter, it makes tough little rockcakes! -mix ingredients until just moistened (don't worry about the little lumpy bits!)

4. Fill your muffin pans 2/3 - 3/4 full, for good sized muffins.

5. Lastly, when making blueberry muffins (or any similar fruit muffins), drain your fruit well first and pat with paper-towel, to avoid making soggy purple dumplings!
